Virtual Strength, Performance and Fitness Coaching
Let's talk! Before we schedule an Initial Fitness Assessment, I'd like to speak to you and determine if we are a good fit. We will review your experience, your expectations and your motivations and limitations. If we are a good fit for ongoing coaching, we will schedule an Initial Fitness Assessment. Your initial assessment will take place via video call and I will take you through a Functional Movement Assessment (FMS) screening to determine your body's tendencies and movement patterns. This information is used to build a program that positions you to achieve your highest potential. You can choose to run your program autonomously with weekly check-ins via video call (works best if you have no history of injury and aren't experiencing pain during movement) or I will take you through each session (helpful for those that are re-patterning movement after injury or have significant movement pattern limitations). We will decide together which option suits you best.
Virtual Nutrition Coaching
Our nutrition coaching relationship starts with a phone call to determine if this is the best fit for you. I coach using an incremental behavior modification process that originated with my Precision Nutrition Coaching background. Every client progresses at his/her/their own pace and has a unique set of daily/weekly or monthly healthy skills to practice throughout the coaching process. Nutrition coaching considers sleep, training, environment, mindset, etc. all equally important to the development of a healthy lifestyle and coaching may include practicing skills and creating habits in many areas of life in addition to nutrition.
